Dear Visitor,
Welcome to the Lake Chelan Rotary Club!  Rotary began in Chicago over 115 years ago in 1905.  Our own club was founded eleven years later in 1926.  Since then, local Rotarians have been following the motto of “Service above Self” for generations to build up our local community as well as communities abroad.
You will find us in the Lake Chelan valley helping seniors with ramps and handholds, in the Manson and Chelan schools giving annual scholarships, and in Kenya building schools, bathrooms, and water tanks for rural villages.
Internationally, Rotary is a service organization composed of 1.4M neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
Are you interested in learning more about an organization of “people of action” who create lasting change?  If so, please email me and plan on attending one of our lunch meetings to learn more.
This year’s international theme is “Creating Hope in the World”.  I invite you to imagine yourself in Rotary today!
Warm regards,
Ryss Jones
Rotary Club of Lake Chelan President, 2023-2024

About Us

Rotary International is the world’s first service club organization. More than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders volunteer their time and talent to further the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self”.  They provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Rotary International Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds.

Lake Chelan Rotary was chartered March 24, 1926 and has been going strong ever since.  Currently over 70 men and women are active members.  We have one honorary member.

Our regular meeting is held at Tsillan Cellars on Hwy. 97A, each Tuesday beginning at 11:45 a.m.  This is a hybrid meeting providing the option to attend via Zoom.
