Technical Scholarship – who should apply?  Graduating seniors who live in the Manson and Chelan school districts, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0, plan to attend an accredited technical or trade school (includes community college programs); and who have a limited ability or may not be able to pursue a higher education without funding assistance.
