In conjunction with the Chelan Wine & Jazz Festival
Why not spend Saturday May 19, 2018 participating in one of the Lake Chelan Rotary four vineyard runs. Each of the runs takes you through the vineyards where you can enjoy beautiful views of mountains, lake, and grape vines at Tsillan Cellars winery and neighboring Tunnel Hill winery. Profits from this fundraiser go towards scholarships for Lake Chelan Valley students and other philanthropic endeavors that Lake Chelan Rotary is involved with.
The 10K Vineyard Challenge is as the name implies – is a challenge! The course takes advantage of vineyard gravel roads and trails. Iit is not yet fully designed but as soon as it is the website will be updated.
The 5K Vineyard Challenge is half the challenge but equally beautiful. It has a total elevation gain of 800 feet.
Bragging rights and breathtaking views await those who accept one of these challenges!
The 5K Fun Run invites experienced and novice runners and walkers to push for enjoyment over speed. Bring the dog. You can both stretch your legs.
The 2.5K Fun Run welcomes family/ friend groups and the short legs (kids and dogs). This is a great opportunity for elementary student running clubs and relaxed jogging-walking participants.

All four runs will be timed. Recognition will be awarded to top 3 male and female finishers of the 10K and 5K Vineyard Challenge. The 5K Fun Run will recognize top 3 male and female and top three runners finishing with their dog companion! The 2.5K Fun Run will recognize the top 3 boy and girl finishers ages 12 and under and top 3 finishers 12 and under with their dog companion!
The will also be a Silent Auction, hot dogs on the grill with all the trimmings and face painting for the children and light of heart. All of these will be available by donation. We can even arrange for you to tour the winery if you would like.
